From its bright and airy interior to its uncluttered and unfussy vibe, the farmhouse home decor is probably one of the easiest styles to pull off, not to mention, the easiest to maintain. No wonder it’s the ideal home decor style for so many families, especially those with pets and young kids. This is also why it’s no surprise that our newest washable rug collection complements this timeless and timely theme.
The Founder’s Farmhouse Rug Collection, designed in collaboration with Ruggable founder Jeneva Bell, captures the vintage vibe of classic farmhouse rugs—without the vintage rug smell! Washable and stain-resistant, these rugs feature traditional motifs—such as florals, medallions, and borders, an earthy color palette, and a slightly distressed texture, complementing a variety of home themes from rustic to modern.
Here, Jeneva shares more details about this new rug collection.
Ruggable: Why did you decide to make your founder’s collection farmhouse-style?
Jeneva Bell: I know it’s a big trend right now, but I think I’ve always loved a farmhouse or ranch style. Last year, it was finally time for me to buy my first home and I chose a real farmhouse, with room for horses, chickens, and maybe some goats or a donkey.
R: How would you describe your personal style in three words?
JB: Vintage, classic, and textured.
R: What excites you the most about this new rug collection?
JB: The design team and I worked together to create an authentic vintage, and distressed look—and I think we pulled it off!
R: Are these rugs still machine-washable and safe for pets and babies?
JB: Yes, of course! The extra texture also helps conceal dirt in between washings.
R: Do you need to have a farmhouse-style home to use this collection?
JB: No, the styles are mostly classic and versatile.
R: Do you have a favorite? Which designs stand out to you?
JB: It’s a tie between the Kamran Rug (available in Hazel, Royal Blue, and Coral) and the Celestine Rug (available in Coral, Sapphire, and Teal Blue) but I Iove all of them. The Zareen Rug in scarlet red is a conversation piece. It’s really rich and fun and adds a lot of personality to a space.
R: Which rugs from this collection do you have in your home and where?
JB: I have the Kamran Hazel Rug in my bedroom, Celestine Teal Blue Rug in my bathroom, Kamran Coral Rug in the kitchen, Zareen Scarlet Red in the mudroom, and Verena Dark Wood Rug in the guest room.

I love the new collection and am considering purchasing the Kamran rug in hazel! I was wondering what rugs you would recommend that would pair well with that rug? I would be using the Kamran rug in my living room and would need a second rug nearby in an entryway. I want to make sure there are some good pairing options before purchasing! I’m particularly interested Maral Border rug in Hazel to pair it with or possibly the Maral Heriz Creme rug. Would the colors and patterns in those rugs pair well with the Kamran? Or do you have any other suggestions?
Already have one ruggable and LOVE it. Having a hard time picking one out for our family room. Is there anyway to get help in picking one out??
Where did you get that wood coffee table???
My favorite Ruggable rugs! I’m definitely picking up one of these. I also love the couch, any information on where it’s from?
We are so glad you like the rugs, Leanna! Unfortunately, we don’t have information on the other décor or furniture shown! Many of our photos and videos are shared with us from our customers.
I bought the Kamran rug in Hazel and love it but need throw pillows to match. By chance do you know the brand of the rust colored pillows Jeneva paired it with?
We are so glad you are enjoying your rug, Shannon! As for the pillows or other items/furniture shown, we unfortunately do not have additional information on. We do apologize and wish you luck on finding them or finding other pillows that match and tie into your rug!
